GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES:

1. Powers of the Committee:

To review budget drafts, offer advice and direction to administration and recommend a final budget to the Board for approval at a regular meeting.

2. Committee Terms of Reference:

a. Membership: - The Board as a whole.

- The Board chair is chair of the Budget Committee.

- Superintendent and designate.

b. Meetings: As required.

c. Minutes: To be filed at the Board office.

d. Reporting to The Board: At Board budget meetings or at appropriate regular meetings.

e. Remuneration: As per Board policy and rates.

f. Budget: As required.
