GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES:

1. Powers of the Committee:

a. To enhance relationships and the image of Aspen View Regional Division within the Division and with the public.

b. To communicate the ongoing work of students, educators and the Board.

c. To consult with and inform the community about issues as requested by the Board.

2. Committee Terms of Reference:

a. Membership: - Three trustees.

- Superintendent or designate.

b. Meetings: As required.

c Minutes: To be filed at the Board office.

d. Reporting to the Board: Next regular meeting.

e. Remuneration: As per Board policy and rates.

f. Budget: As required.
