GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES:

1. Powers of the Committee:

a. To deal with emergent issues requiring action prior to the next regular or special Board meeting.

2. Committee Terms of Reference:

a Membership: - Chair, vice-chair, and one trustee.

- Superintendent and the Secretary-Treasurer.

b. Meetings: As required for emergent issues.

c. Minutes: To be filed at the Board office.

d. Reporting to the Board: Next regular meeting.

e. Remuneration: As per Board policy and rates.

f. Budget: As required.
