GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES:

1. Powers of the Committee:

a. To review any matters referred to it pertaining to construction and maintenance of the Board’s real property and make recommendations to the Board.

b. To recommend policies affecting buildings to the Board.

c. To review architectural plans for new building projects and for renovation projects prior to the presentation of such plans to the Board for approval.

d. To review and recommend to the Board from time to time changes in the contract and schedule of rates paid to custodians.

2. Committee Terms of Reference:

a. Membership: - Three trustees.

- Superintendent or designate.

b. Meetings: As required.

c. Minutes: Minutes to be filed at the Board office.

d. Reporting to the Board: Next regular meeting.

e. Remuneration: As per Board policy and rates.

f. Budget: As required.
