GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES:

1. Powers of the Committee:

a. To receive financial reports and documents

b. To review financial transactions, documents or matters.

c. To report to the Board on its proceedings.

d. To recommend policies affecting finance and business to the Board.

2. Committee Terms of Reference:

a. Membership: - Three trustees.

- Superintendent or designate.

b. Meetings: As required.

c. Minutes: To be filed at the Board office.

d. Reporting to the Board: At Board budget meetings or at appropriate regular meetings.

e. Remuneration: As per Board policy and rates.

f. Budget: As required.
