GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES:

1. Powers of the Committee:

a. To review, revise and formulate division policy for Board consideration.

b. To integrate or reference current legislation, regulations, or contractual agreements with division policies.

c. To make recommendations to the Board on policy issues.

2. Committee Terms of Reference:

a. Membership: - Three trustees.

- Superintendent or designate.

b. Meeting: As required.

c. Minutes: To be filed at the Board office.

d. Reporting to the Board: Next regular meeting.

e. Remuneration: As per Board policy and rates.

f. Budget: As required.
