GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES:

1. Powers of the Committee:

a. To review and make recommendations on any matter pertaining to student transportation.

b. To review and recommend to the Board from time to time changes in the contract and schedule of rates paid to school bus contractors.

c. To award transportation contracts.

2. Committee Terms of Reference:

a. Membership: - Three trustees.

- Superintendent or designate.

b. Meetings: As required.

c. Minutes: Minutes to be filed at the Board office.

d. Reporting to the Board: Next regular meeting.

e. Remuneration: As per Board policy and rates.

f. Budget: As required.
