POLICY STATEMENT:
The Board believes that all
policies of the Division should
be available to employees, students, parents of students, and residents of the Division.
GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES:
1. Copies of the Policy Manual shall be available through the appropriate department head, principal, or Superintendent.
2. All policies, as updated
from time to time, are available on the Aspen View website (www.aspenview.org)
3. Employees may obtain a copy of a particular policy on request.
4. Students, parents of
students, and residents of the Division may obtain a copy of a
particular policy on payment of the cost of duplication.
5. The Superintendent shall be responsible for providing copies of policy updates to each Policy Manual holder.
