WHEREAS The Parent has children that are enrolled resident students of The Board,

AND WHEREAS The Board is responsible for providing transportation to school for any eligible students of The Board,

AND WHEREAS The Parent wishes The Board to enter on the Parent's lands located at

___________________________________ to pick up and return the children from school.

NOW THEREFORE The Parent agrees as follows: "I agree not to make any claims for loss or damage caused to my property by reason of the school bus entering my property to pick up and return my children from school, whether or not such loss or damage is the result of negligence of any servant, agent, or employee of The Board."
