CRIMINAL RECORD
DISCLOSURE LETTER
Dear Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in employment or (being a volunteer) with Aspen View Schools.
Aspen View Regional Division No.19 wishes to confirm the
requirements for a criminal record disclosure on your application to become an
employee of the Division or (a volunteer of the Division).
This is in accordance with Section 32, 33, 37 of the Freedom Of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIPP) Act.
We ask that you complete the attached “Criminal Record Disclosure Request
” form
and proceed to the RCMP detachment of your choice, to have your criminal
record/driving record disclosure completed.
Costs related to obtaining this information from the RCMP are the
applicant’s responsibility.
Please take proper identifications with you, preferably your
birth certificate or a driver’s license, to assist the officer in charge.
