Students in the elementary grades will not be assigned homework on a regular basis. Work not completed in class may be assigned. Students are encouraged to read daily through the home reading program.

Course content at the junior high level is extensive and necessitates the assigning of homework on a regular basis.

We encourage students to find a friend who will help organize and deliver homework if they are absent. Partners can also pick up handouts and help each other complete notes that have been missed. If students are absent from school (in most cases), it is their responsibility to find out what they have missed. Homework partners can make this task easier.
