Transportation to school-sponsored activities in private vehicles may occur when:

• The driver has completed the required forms at the office and left a copy of driver’s license and proof of insurance. (1 million dollars liability)
• Consent is received from the parent/guardian of the student to travel with a driver whose name has been provided to the parent/guardian.

Criminal record disclosure is required for all persons 18 years of age and over who work as employees or volunteers in Aspen View Region Division #19. For more information contact the office.
