VISITORS

All visitors are asked to please check in at the school office.
Parents are also asked to stop in if you are picking up your child.




ABSENT CHILDREN

We ask all families to please notify the school if your child
will be late or not attending on a given day as any unre-
ported absences will be followed up with a phone call.




ASPEN VIEW POLICIES


Parents can access all Aspen View policies by coming to the school
to view the Policy Manual or by visiting the website at
www.aspenview.org.




LIBRARY : RESPONSIBILITIES


All students will be assigned a library card number . All books that
students sign out from the library will be put on the students’ ac-
counts. Once books are signed out , it is the student’s responsibility
to ensure the book are returned in the same condition as it was when
it was signed out.

The cost of repairing or replacing materials will be charged to the
student if the damage was caused due to carelessness, neglect, or
misuse.

Students should not lend library materials to other students.
Students will be allowed to accumulate 25 points throughout the year
if books are overdue. (Each day represents 1 point per book.) If they
reach the maximum, they will loose their library privileges.
