STUDENT PLANNERS

Student Planner books will be given to each student, free of
charge, at the beginning of the year. This booklet will be used on
a daily basis for student, teacher and parent communication. It is
expected that each student will be responsible for having their
planner in class daily. In the event of loss, extra planners are
available for purchase at a cost of $5.00.




TEXT RENTALS

Texts and general resources and materials will be provided by
Aspen View School Division for a yearly fee of $20.00 for
students in Grades ECS-8.

A cap of $300.00 is put on the amount one family must pay for all
children. Any damage to or loss of rental books is the responsib-
ility of the student and must be paid for by the student.

Students may purchase their own texts if they desire.
However, the cost is considerably higher than renting them.

School supplies such as pencils, pens, calculators, etc., are the
responsibility of the student.




INVOICING OF TEXT RENTALS-SCHOOL FEES

Invoices will be sent on or before the first week of October to all
families who have not yet paid.




IDENTIFICATION OF STUDENT's PROPERTY

Please ensure that your children's shoes, boots, school supplies,
etc. are well identified.



PICKING UP CHILDREN THROUGH THE DAY

We ask all parents/guardians to please inform the school if
students will be picked up during the school day.
