Parent/Student Handbook
EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION
There are occasions when a parent or guardian needs to be contacted immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that the school has current information regarding the following:
- Correct name
- Correct address
- Home and work phone number
- Alternate phone number
- Doctor’s name
- Alberta Health Care Number
- Allergies or other medical conditions
It is IMPERATIVE that an emergency contact name and phone number be made available in the event that the school office is unable to locate a parent or guardian of a student. Should a child require immediate medical attention, the school will then arrange for the child to be taken to the hospital immediately. Parents will be notified as soon as possible.
