Edwin Parr Composite School, located in the Town of Athabasca, serves approximately 660 students from Grades 7-12. This new school building, opened in September 2018, is noted as one of the most progressive new schools built in the province. Athabasca lies two hours north of Edmonton with a population of 3,000 within the town; and an additional 4,000 in the surrounding county.
Edwin Parr Composite School is recruiting to a full-time educational assistant to work in our learning commons area to support students will accommodations. This is a flexible position that could be full or part-time depending on the successful candidate’s schedule. There is also a strong possibility that this position will go into the next school year.
