Student Transportation and Safety Manager – Division Office

Aspen View Public Schools seeks an experienced professional to play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness, safety and functionality of the Division’s Student Transportation services and Safety programs.  This position coordinates the safe transportation of approximately 2,000 students on 60 bus routes.  The position will be based in Athabasca, Alberta.

The successful candidate will provide leadership in the following areas:

• Student Transportation
• Safety and Compliance

Qualifications must include as a minimum the following:

• Diploma or certification in Transportation Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

This position offers a competitive salary and benefit package; salary, based on education and experience, ranges from $89,980 to $102,690.
