Samuel Dumoulin appointed as Principal of Boyle School

Aspen View Public Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Samuel Dumoulin as the Principal of Boyle School, effective September 20, 2025.

A newcomer to Aspen View, Samuel brings with him considerable administrative experience. Since 2016, he has worked for Conseil scolaire Centre-Nord (the Francophone school division serving North Central Alberta) as an Assistant Principal of schools located in Red Deer, St. Albert and Edmonton. Prior to working in administration, Samuel taught French Immersion for 15 years with Wolf Creek Public Schools.

Samuel holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Education from the University of Alberta.

“I am thrilled about this opportunity,” Samuel commented. “I believe my breadth of experience and past leadership roles are important assets, which will make positive and meaningful contributions to the staff and students.”

Boyle School will begin the 2025-26 school year under current principal Jason Mestinsek, who will help to facilitate the leadership transition. Aspen View Public Schools wishes Jason well in his new role in post-secondary education.
