School Information

Aspen View Online School provides an opportunity for K-9 students to stay physically at home while still connecting daily with teachers and classmates. Students receive course instruction through a combination of daily real-time lessons and independent work that is directed by the teacher. Students can build connections with classmates and interact with them on a daily basis.

Elementary students have a generalist teacher instructing and assessing their core subjects as well as providing some lessons or activities in Physical Education, Health and Fine Arts.

Junior high students have specialist teachers instructing and assessing their core subjects. In addition, they participate in a weekly Fine Arts/Option class which changes topics monthly and they receive Physical and Health Education in an asynchronous manner.

Aspen View Online School teachers are available for 1:1 or small group support to differentiate instruction beyond the one-hour daily live lesson. In addition, we offer small group daily literacy intervention for students requiring extra literacy support.
