Summary of Candidates: 2025 School Board Elections

Following the close of nominations for the 2025 School Board elections at 12 noon today, Aspen View Public Schools has declared the following candidates elected by acclamation, as the only candidates to submit nomination forms in their respective wards:

  • Ward 1 (Northwest): Karczmarczyk, Anne
  • Ward 2 (North Central): MacNeil, Dennis and Smosarska, Maria
  • Ward 3 (Northeast): Nikipelo, Candyce
  • Ward 4 (Southwest): Bauer, April
  • Ward 6 (Southeast): Cherniwchan, Donna

The following candidates have been nominated in Aspen View Public Schools Ward 5 (South Central):

  • Chizawsky, Elohne
  • Turko, Brittany

Nominations for Ward 5 are not official until 12 noon Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
